Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your cancer must be advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma that cannot be removed with surgery.
  • Your cancer must have gotten worse after standard immunotherapy with drugs like Keytruda or Opdivo.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You must be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score of 0 or 1).
