Who can take part
- You have a type of esophageal cancer called squamous cell carcinoma that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body.
- Your cancer has progressed or did not respond after you received both an immunotherapy drug and platinum-based chemotherapy.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (per RECIST criteria).
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and your overall health status (ECOG score) is 0 or 1, meaning you are fully active or only limited in strenuous activity.
- Your major organs (like liver, kidneys, bone marrow) are working well enough, as shown by blood tests.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use effective birth control during treatment and for 6 months after.
