Who can take part
- You have a type of esophageal cancer called squamous cell carcinoma that has spread or cannot be removed.
- You have already been treated with a PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitor for at least 6 months and your cancer has gotten worse.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You are able to swallow pills and your overall health is good (ECOG score 0-1).
