Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You are in the ICU at Rangueil hospital and expected to stay at least 24 hours
- You are awake (can open your eyes or follow commands) and not too agitated or too drowsy
- You do not have severe vision or hearing problems that would prevent using VR goggles
- You do not have severe mental health conditions (like severe depression or psychosis) or advanced dementia
- You are not on very high doses of blood pressure medication or needing very high oxygen levels from a breathing machine
