  • You are between 40 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with liver cirrhosis.
  • You have not had a liver transplant.
  • You have a smartphone, tablet, or computer and internet access.
  • You are willing to participate and can follow instructions.
  • Your liver cirrhosis is mild to moderate (Child-Turcotte-Pugh score A or B).
