Who can take part

  • You must be between 8 and 45 years old.
  • You must have a genetic eye condition caused by changes in the RDH12 gene.
  • Your vision in the study eye must be 20/63 or worse on a standard eye chart.
  • You cannot have had any eye surgery in the study eye in the last 3 months.
  • You must not have had any gene therapy treatments in the past.
  • Women who could become pregnant must use effective birth control during the study and for one year after treatment.
