Who can take part
- You have a type of colorectal cancer that has spread or cannot be removed, and you've only had one prior chemotherapy treatment for it.
- Your tumor does not have certain gene mutations (KRAS, NRAS, or BRAF).
- You are well enough to be up and about at least half the day (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have not been treated with irinotecan or any drug that targets EGFR or MET before.
- You agree to provide a tumor sample from when your disease got worse after your last therapy.
