Who can take part

  • You are 19 years of age or older.
  • You have advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your tumor does not have mutations in KRAS, NRAS, or BRAF genes, and does not have HER2 amplification (these are tested by your doctor).
  • You have already received anti-EGFR therapy and an oxaliplatin-based chemotherapy for your metastatic cancer, and you have not had more than one prior line of treatment.
  • You are able to receive FOLFIRI chemotherapy as determined by your doctor.
  • You are in generally good health (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function.
