Who can take part
- You have colorectal cancer that has been confirmed by a biopsy or tissue sample.
- Your cancer has at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- Your cancer got worse after your first treatment, and it has been at least 2 weeks since that treatment ended.
- You are in generally good health with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1 (able to do daily activities without help or with minimal help).
- You have normal heart, liver, and kidney function as shown by blood tests.
- You do not have active infections like hepatitis, HIV, or syphilis.
- You have not had certain other cancer treatments (like immunotherapy or steroids) recently.
- You do not have serious heart conditions or uncontrolled bleeding problems.
- You are willing to use effective birth control if you could become pregnant.
