Who can take part
- You have colorectal cancer that has grown or spread after two standard treatments.
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- Your major organs (heart, liver, kidneys) are working well, as shown by blood tests.
- You have not had certain immunotherapy or strong immune-suppressing drugs recently.
- You are not pregnant and will use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after.
