Who can take part
- You have colorectal cancer that has continued to grow after at least two standard treatments.
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You are generally well enough to be up and about (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 3 more months.
- You have no active infections like hepatitis or HIV, and your heart, liver, kidneys, and blood counts are within certain safe limits.
- You have not received certain immune therapies or strong steroids in the weeks or months before joining the trial.
