Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have an advanced solid tumor, preferably stomach, pancreatic, or bile duct cancer, that has worsened after standard treatment or for which no standard treatment exists.
- You are willing to provide a tumor tissue sample (or have one from the last 2 years).
- Your tumor tests positive for a protein called Claudin18.2 (for certain dose levels).
- You are in generally good health, with adequate organ function and a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
- You have not had certain other treatments or surgeries recently, and do not have active infections, heart problems, or other serious conditions.
