Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 39.9.
  • Women must have regular periods and not be pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding during the study.
  • You are willing to eat and drink the test meals (no allergies or intolerances that would prevent this).
  • You do not smoke daily, have not had recent weight changes, and have no history of eating disorders, diabetes, or other uncontrolled medical conditions.
  • You are not taking medications that affect appetite (such as GLP-1 drugs) or antidepressants, and you have not had bariatric surgery.
