This study follows people who have or will have a shoulder replacement using a Shoulder Innovations device. Researchers will collect information on how well the device works and how your shoulder feels over time.

- You are 18 years or older.
- You are planning to have or have already had a shoulder replacement surgery that includes at least one Shoulder Innovations device part, and you will come to follow-up visits as long as that part is still in your shoulder.
- You can fill out surveys about your shoulder function before and after surgery without help from a translator.
- You are not currently enrolled in another trial for an experimental drug or device that could affect the results of this study.
- You are not in jail or prison, and you have no other medical or personal reasons that would prevent you from following the study instructions.
