This study tests a new device that delivers oxygen to the wound area (topical wound oxygen therapy) to help heal chronic leg ulcers caused by vein disease. It may help people who have not seen enough healing with compression therapy alone.

Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You have a leg ulcer caused by vein disease that has been open for at least 6 weeks but no more than 5 years.
- You have been wearing compression wraps or stockings (pressure therapy) for at least 6 weeks.
- Your ulcer is between the size of a quarter and a large hand (1.5 to 50 square centimeters).
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you are willing to commit to weekly study visits.
