Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and agree to participate.
- You have a leg ulcer caused by vein problems (venous or mixed) with signs like pain, redness, or swelling.
- You have worn compression therapy before and are willing to wear a two-layer compression bandage during the study.
- Your ulcer must be at least 3 cm away from any other wound.
- You have not taken antibiotics by mouth or injection in the last 10 days.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and do not have a cancerous wound.
