This study tests whether a special light therapy (photobiomodulation) can help heal leg ulcers caused by weak veins. If you have a non-infected venous leg ulcer that's been present for at least 6 weeks, this treatment might speed up healing.

Who can take part
- You are 19 to 85 years old.
- You have a leg ulcer caused by poor vein circulation (venous leg ulcer) that has been present for at least 6 weeks and hasn't healed.
- Your ulcer is not infected right now.
- A Doppler ultrasound confirms the ulcer is from venous problems, and your ankle-brachial index (ABI) is 0.8 or higher (meaning your leg arteries are okay).
- You are not pregnant and are not using any other new treatments for your ulcer during the study.
