Who can take part
- You had surgery to repair a torn ACL in one knee within the last 8 weeks or more.
- Your ACL repair used a hamstring graft (a piece of your hamstring tendon).
- You have finished the early rehab phase, meaning your pain is low (0–2 on a 0–10 scale), your knee is not swollen, you can fully straighten your knee, you can bend it at least 120 degrees, you can do 10 straight-leg raises, and you walk normally without help.
- You do not have any other knee injuries or a partial tear, and you haven't had a second ACL surgery on the same knee.
