Who can take part

  • You are between 20 and 40 years old.
  • You had surgery to repair your anterior cruciate ligament (the ACL in your knee).
  • You are now in the second week of your post-surgery recovery/rehabilitation.
  • You did not have a meniscus tear (the cartilage cushion in your knee) or a medial collateral ligament (MCL) tear at the time of surgery.
  • You are not in the first week of your rehab (too early) – you must be in week 2.
