- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have been diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea (IBS-D) under Rome IV criteria
- You do not have other gut diseases like inflammatory bowel disease or organic gastrointestinal conditions
- You do not have a diagnosed psychiatric disorder
- You have not had surgery on your anus, rectum, intestines, or abdomen
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and do not have metal implants or a pacemaker
