  • You have been diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea (IBS-D) under Rome IV criteria
  • You do not have other gut diseases like inflammatory bowel disease or organic gastrointestinal conditions
  • You do not have a diagnosed psychiatric disorder
  • You have not had surgery on your anus, rectum, intestines, or abdomen
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and do not have metal implants or a pacemaker
