Who can take part

  • You must have been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) using the latest Rome IV standards.
  • You have not taken any IBS medications for at least 2 weeks before starting.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have no metal implants, claustrophobia, epilepsy, or skull defects that would make MRI or TMS unsafe.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
  • You have not used probiotics, prebiotics, or other substances that could affect results within the last 3 months.
