Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 80 years old.
  • You have had Parkinson's disease for at least 3 years and can still walk on your own (Hoehn & Yahr stage less than 4).
  • You have Parkinson's-related pain that happens at least 3 times a week and has lasted for 3 months or more.
  • Your Parkinson's medications have been the same dose for at least 2 weeks and will stay the same during the study.
  • You do not have metal implants, a pacemaker, epilepsy, or other conditions that would make MRI or TMS unsafe.
  • You are willing to undergo MRI and TMS treatments.
