  • Age 10 years or older
  • Back curve (Cobb angle) between 10 and 40 degrees
  • Scoliosis that has not been treated before
  • For girls: within 1 year after first period or before periods have started
  • No serious health issues (like heart, liver, kidney, or blood problems) or bleeding risks
