Who can take part

  • You are between 10 and 18 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (curved spine with no known cause)
  • Your main curve is in the upper back region
  • Your curve is less than 30 degrees (Cobb angle)
  • You and your family are willing to attend regular sessions and follow the 12-week program
  • You speak and understand Turkish
