  • You have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (cancer has spread beyond one lung).
  • Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one round of chemotherapy.
  • You are in good physical shape (ECOG score 0 or 1, meaning you can do daily activities or light work).
  • Your cancer has a specific gene change called 'c-Myc-driven' (your doctor can confirm this).
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You are able to give informed consent (understand and agree to be in the trial).
