Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (cancer that has spread beyond one side of the chest) that has returned or worsened within 6 months of finishing your first platinum-based chemotherapy.
  • You have a tumor sample or fluid from around the lung that can be used to grow organoids (miniature versions of your cancer) to test treatments.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor on scans, and you are able to perform daily activities without significant help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You agree to use effective contraception during treatment and for 6 months after, if applicable.
