  • You have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis for more than 1 year
  • Your arthritis is currently active (moderate to high disease activity)
  • You have been on the same medications for at least 12 weeks
  • You currently eat a low to moderate Mediterranean-style diet
  • You are not taking steroids like prednisolone at high doses
  • You have not taken antibiotics in the last month
