  • You have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis within the last 3 months.
  • You have started treatment with methotrexate and/or cortisone.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 40.
  • You are willing to follow the study's diet plan.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You do not have cancer, diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, or celiac disease.
