Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with a HER2 mutation.
- Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one prior treatment.
- You are able to swallow pills and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
- Your overall health is good (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and agree to use effective birth control if applicable.
