Who can take part
- You have advanced NSCLC that can’t be fully treated with surgery or radiation, or it has returned or spread.
- Your cancer has progressed after at least one prior medicine for advanced disease (unless a specific group allows different prior-treatment rules).
- You can provide tumor tissue from a past sample (ideally within 6 months) or, if needed, a new biopsy can be done safely.
- You have measurable tumors on a CT or MRI scan, and any biopsied area isn’t used as the measurement target.
- Your tumor has an EGFR or HER2 mutation confirmed by an approved local lab.
- Your health tests are strong enough (blood counts, kidney, and liver function) and you’re expected to live at least 12 weeks.
