Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with advanced (stage 4) or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be treated with surgery or radiation
- Your cancer has not been treated with chemotherapy or immunotherapy before (except adjuvant therapy completed 12+ months ago for recurrent disease)
- Your tumor shows high MET protein levels and does not have specific genetic mutations (EGFR, ALK, ROS1, KRAS G12C, or MET exon 14 mutations)
- Your overall health is good enough to tolerate treatment (ECOG performance status 0–2)
- Your heart function and blood work are normal or only mildly abnormal, and you do not have active infections like hepatitis, HIV, or tuberculosis
- You are at least 18 years old and willing to use effective contraception if you can become pregnant
