Who can take part

  • You have a solid tumor cancer (not lung cancer) that has a specific HER2 mutation.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have tried standard treatments for your cancer type, or there are no good standard options for you.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You have not received a previous HER2 tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) treatment.
  • You do not have active brain tumors that are growing or causing symptoms.
