Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older with a confirmed high-grade glioma that has returned or worsened after standard therapy.
- You need to be well enough to perform daily activities (score of 60 or higher on the Karnofsky scale).
- A doctor must place a special port (Ommaya sac) in your head to give the drug, and it must be safe for you.
- Your major organs, like liver and kidneys, must be working well.
- You must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose, if you or your partner could become pregnant.
