GC001 injection for returning or growing high-grade brain tumors

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older with a high-grade glioma (WHO grade 3 or 4) that has returned or is growing despite treatment.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor on an MRI that is larger than 10 mm.
  • You are willing to have a small device (Ommaya reservoir) placed during a procedure to receive the drug.
  • You are able to care for yourself most of the day (Karnofsky score 60 or higher) and expected to live at least 3 months.
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney functions are within certain safe limits.
  • You have not had certain other cancers, infections, severe heart conditions, or recent major treatments.
