Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 75 years old.
- You have a type of advanced solid tumor (like liver, breast, lung, or other) that has not responded to or tolerated standard treatments.
- You are able to do daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0 or 1).
- Your cancer has at least one tumor that can be measured or seen on scans.
- Your organs (like blood, liver, kidneys, heart) are working well enough, and you have no active infections or immune diseases.
- You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after.
