Who can take part
- You are of South Asian origin and feel healthy (no heart symptoms).
- Men must be between 30 and 60 years old; women between 50 and 60.
- You have at least one risk factor: high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, a family history of early heart disease, or smoking (currently or quit within the last 3 months).
- No past heart attack, heart surgery, stents, or heart CT scan in the last 4 years.
- No existing heart symptoms, pregnancy, iodine allergy, active cancer, or severe kidney disease.
- You are not in another interventional research trial.
