Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with an EGFR mutation that has spread to the lining of the brain (confirmed by MRI or spinal tap).
- Your cancer has stopped responding to a first- or second-generation EGFR-targeted pill and you do not have the T790M mutation, or you have stopped responding to a third-generation EGFR-targeted pill.
- Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function are good enough for treatment.
- If you could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test before starting.
- You have not had immunotherapy within the last 3 months, and you have not taken an EGFR-targeted pill in the last week.
