Who can take part
- You must have non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the brain, with at least three brain spots, or one to two spots that you cannot or choose not to treat locally.
- You cannot have had any prior chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy for your cancer.
- Your cancer must not have certain genetic changes (like EGFR, ALK, ROS1, BRAF V600E, or RET). If you don't have a genetic test report, you can provide a tumor or blood sample for testing.
- You need to be between 18 and 75 years old, with a good performance status (able to care for yourself), and have at least 12 weeks of expected survival.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor that can be seen on a scan, and you need to have good organ function.
- You cannot have serious heart problems, active infections, autoimmune diseases, or other cancers within the last 5 years (except for certain localized cancers).
