This trial tests if adding targeted radiation to a combination of immunotherapy (Ivonescimab) and chemotherapy works better than the drugs alone for people with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread to the brain. It is for patients who have not had prior treatment for their advanced lung cancer.

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have NSCLC that has spread to the brain (1 to 10 new brain tumors).
  • You must not have had prior radiation or systemic treatment for metastatic lung cancer.
  • You can have mild symptoms controlled by a low dose of steroids (4 mg or less of dexamethasone per day).
  • Your largest brain tumor must be less than 30 mm in longest diameter and less than 10 mL in volume, and total brain tumor volume less than 30 mL.
  • You must not have certain serious medical conditions, like active autoimmune disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or a history of bleeding problems.
