Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have coronary artery disease and are scheduled for a stent procedure (PCI) that uses special imaging inside the artery
  • You have not had prior bypass heart surgery or a stent placed in the same spot before
  • You do not have severe kidney disease, active liver problems, or an allergy to certain heart medications or contrast dye
  • If you are a woman under 50 and could become pregnant, this trial is not for you
