Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and have had a recent heart attack or unstable angina that was treated with a stent.
  • You have a second, partially blocked artery (in a native vessel, not a bypass graft) that can be safely examined with a special camera.
  • You have not had a stroke in the last 6 months, never had a brain bleed, and do not have advanced heart failure.
  • You have not taken a strong cholesterol-lowering injection (PCSK9 inhibitor) in the past 6 months.
  • You are willing to return for follow-up visits and tests.
