Who can take part
- You must have finished one of the earlier ALKS 2680 studies (called Vibrance-1, Vibrance-2, or Vibrance-3)
- You need to be able to stop your current narcolepsy or hypersomnia medicines for a short time before starting and for the whole study
- You cannot have developed any new serious health problems or abnormal lab results since finishing the earlier study
- You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant while in this study
- You must not be taking part in any other clinical trial at the same time
