Study of TQB2102 with immunotherapy for HER2-positive gastroesophageal cancer

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with HER2-positive gastroesophageal cancer that is locally advanced, has returned, or has spread.
  • You have not had any prior treatment for advanced or metastatic cancer, or if you had treatment after surgery it finished more than 6 months ago.
  • You are generally healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for at least 6 months after the last dose.
