Who can take part
- You must have prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and is no longer controlled by hormone therapy.

- Your cancer must be getting worse despite treatment, shown by rising PSA levels or new lesions on scans.
- You must be in generally good health with a performance status of 0 or 1, meaning you can carry out daily activities without help.
