Comparing a new treatment with standard drugs for advanced prostate cancer

Who can take part

  • You must have prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and is no longer controlled by hormone therapy.
  • Your prostate cancer cells must show a protein called PSMA on PET scans.
  • You must have had only one type of hormone therapy before that stopped working, and your doctor thinks another type might still help.
  • Your cancer must be getting worse despite treatment, shown by rising PSA levels or new lesions on scans.
  • You must be in generally good health with a performance status of 0 or 1, meaning you can carry out daily activities without help.
