This study tests a new drug called AK112 (a bispecific antibody that blocks both PD-1 and VEGF) as a consolidation treatment to help prevent your limited-stage small cell lung cancer from coming back after you've finished chemoradiation. It's for people whose cancer has not grown following concurrent chemotherapy and radiation.

Who can take part
- You have limited-stage small cell lung cancer (stage I–III, not spread beyond one lung and nearby lymph nodes).
- You have completed concurrent chemotherapy and radiation (chemoradiation) and your cancer has not grown afterward.
- You have not had any prior treatment that targets the immune system (like checkpoint inhibitors, immune cell therapy) or that blocks blood vessel growth (anti-angiogenic therapy).
- You do not have an active autoimmune disease or a history of interstitial lung disease (lung scarring or inflammation).
- You are generally active enough to care for yourself (ECOG status 0 or 1).
