  • You have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You do not have serious heart, lung, nerve, or muscle problems that affect your daily activities.
  • You have not participated in a planned exercise program in the last three months.
  • You can understand and follow instructions for an exercise test.
