Who can take part
- You are between 50 and 70 years old (for osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis) or between 50 and 80 (for sarcopenia).
- You have low hand grip strength (men below 27 kg, women below 16 kg).
- You can walk faster than 0.8 meters per second.
- You have one of these conditions: osteoarthritis of the hip or knee, rheumatoid arthritis, or sarcopenia (without joint pain).
- You are not taking beta-blockers, and you have no serious heart or lung problems that would make exercise unsafe.
