Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have obesity, meaning your body mass index (BMI) is over 30.
- Your weight has been stable (not changed by more than 3%) in the last 3 months.
- You have not had weight loss surgery or a weight loss endoscopy procedure.
- You are not currently using any prescription weight loss medications and haven't used any medication that affects weight or appetite in the last 6 months.
- You do not have untreated eating disorders like binge eating or bulimia, uncontrolled medical conditions, or type 1 diabetes.
