Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) that has progressed after or you couldn't tolerate standard treatments like imatinib, sunitinib, regorafenib, or ripretinib.
  • Genetic testing shows your tumor has a KIT gene mutation in exon 17 (a specific DNA change).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT scan or MRI.
  • Your blood counts (white cells, platelets, hemoglobin), liver and kidney function, and blood clotting are within certain limits.
  • You have not had prior immunotherapy (like a checkpoint inhibitor) and you are able to provide a tumor tissue sample for testing.
