Who can take part
- You are 20 years old or older.
- You have a type of GIST called CD117, DOG-1, or KIT/PDGFRα positive.
- You have already tried imatinib, sunitinib, and regorafenib, and they either stopped working or caused side effects you couldn't handle.
- You are able to be up and about at least half the day (ECOG 0-2).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within normal limits.
